During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the stunning sea view from our room's balcony as well as the close proximity to a lovely beach. The private parking with covered spots was a plus, ensuring that our car stayed cool during the hot weather. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome.
The bathroom was in need of repair and the shower had low water pressure. The air conditioning was not powerful and turned off early in the morning, causing us discomfort during our sleep.

Good location, car parking, sea view.
Broken air conditioning, broken bath shower doors, too noisy air vent in bathroom

It was clean , bright and attractive with courteous , pleasant staff. The location was convenient for walking, shopping and sightseeing. The room was comfortable and the communal areas inviting.
The breakfast was surprisingly disappointing. All the food was poor quality and close to inedible. I would not recommend this hotel because of the breakfast alone.

I loved this hotel's location, just a short walk away from the most amazing beach on Elba - Padulella. It was wonderful to wake up each morning and take a quick stroll to feel the sand under my feet. Additionally, the hotel facilities were immaculate, particularly the cleanliness of my room, which I appreciated very much. I was also glad that the hotel provided parking spaces, as this made it very convenient for me to explore the surrounding area with ease. Finally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome.
Cannot find any fault.

My sister and I visited Hotel Villa Padulella from the us this July. We were nervous to book as we had never been to Elba and could not read most of the travelers reviews (they were in Italian). We were more than happy with our choice. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and beyond helpful. They provided maps/bus schedule and ideas on places to visit during our stay. The location was perfect for a short visit - it was a 10min walk into the port where you can find restaurants, shops, and public transportation to take you anywhere on the island. I would highly recommend Hotel Villa Paduella to any traveler on a budget!

This hotel offers great value for money, with prices that won't break the bank. The staff are incredibly helpful and speak English very well, providing all the information and assistance you need during your stay. The location is ideal, as it is situated on a hill close to a gorgeous beach. The rooms offer stunning views of the water and surrounding mountains, creating a beautiful atmosphere.
No significant improvements needed.

Good family owned hotel. It's not bad for solo traveller who just wants clean bed and good service. Not good for the ones who expect comforts, big space, new interiors and amazing breakfast. Hotel is located on top of the hill, so might be difficult to climb up with luggauges and normally taxi charges start rate 9 euro to go there from the port even it's less than one kilometer.
Hotel big out dated, breakfast can be improved.

The staff was extremely friendly at helping us around the island and directing us to whatever beach we wanted to go to. The breakfast was really good, a usual european breakfast. The hotel room looked like an apartment with a full kitchen and with a beautiful view of the ocean and was really clean. The pictures provided were very accurate also. It made me want to stay for a week instead of a weekend!!
The address and phone number given on the website were incorrect. When we first arrived on the island the GPS was set for the address of the hotel but kept leading us to the apartments for Paduella, not the hotel. We tried calling the number that was provided as the hotel, but it kept saying that it was the wrong number or wouldn't connect. After driving around for about 10 minutes we finally asked someone where it was and found it. I also didn't like the early checkout (1030). I thought that that was a tad bit too early than the usual (1200). Also the description for the hotel said that they had satellite TV, but didn't. The TV only had 14 channels and half of those didn't work. We really didn't mind though because we were too busy out exploring the island anyway. Also, the floor was starting to come up/apart.

This hotel is a hidden gem! The location is absolutely perfect, right next to the most wonderful beach on Elba - Padulella. The rooms are clean and well-kept, and some even have balconies with breathtaking views of the sea. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. And let me tell you about the breakfast - it's simply delightful! With a great selection of pastries, coffee, and tea, it's the perfect way to start your day before heading down to the lovely Padulella beach. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and is a fantastic choice for a relaxing beach getaway.
No improvements needed, everything was just perfect!

If you're looking for a hotel close to a stunning beach and not too far from the main town area, this hotel might be a good fit. It's just a short walk to Padulella beach, which is beautiful and not too crowded. Some of the rooms offer lovely views and there's a nice pool area as well. the staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast has a good selection.
Some rooms may need renovation work, and noise from nearby traffic can be an issue in some rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic - it was very close to two nice beaches, including the most wonderful beach on Elba, Padulella. The hotel's proximity to the main town area was also a big plus. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Lastly, I was impressed with the basic amenities in the room, which also had a view, and the breakfast was good with a decent selection available.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and I couldn't find anything that needed improvement.

It was a perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset. the hotel's location near the beach and the city center made it very convenient for us to explore the area on foot. We also appreciated the covered parking area for our car.
The noise from the road outside was quite loud at times and disturbed our sleep. the air conditioning was not very powerful, and it got quite warm in the room during the night.
